Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 44-year-old Asian male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Kyung Min Kim.

Manner of Death: Homicide

Cause of Death: Multiple Gunshot Wounds

RIP KYUNGMIN KIM (September 13, 1957 – September 28, 2001)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 11:28 p.m.

The decedent was shot with another person at 6178 Long Beach Boulevard in what appeared to be a robbery. Both were transported to a hospital where they were pronounced deceased.
