Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 40-year-old Black male that occurred at a hospital/polyclinic.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Samuel Lee.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Sequelae of Blunt-Force Traumatic Injuries

Other Significant Conditions: Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease
