Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 52-year-old Black male that occurred on a street.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Herbert Rowzee.

Manner of Death: Homicide

Cause of Death: Multiple Gunshot Wounds

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday.

The decedent had a rap sheet with arrests for theft, burglary and drug-related offenses. He was arrested by UCLA Police in June 2024 for being a felon in possession of tear gas.
