(L.A.) Elmer Fernandez, 48, Died in a Parked Vehicle

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 48-year-old Latino male that occurred in a parked vehicle.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Elmer Fernandez.

Cause of Death: Methamphetamine Effects
