Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 31-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Rocky Nichols.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, and Methadone

Other Significant Condition: Asthma
