(L.A.) Daniel Goodin Jr., 46, Died in a Sober Living Facility

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 46-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a sober living facility.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Daniel Goodin Jr.

Cause of Death: Fentanyl Effects

RIP DANIEL CURTIS GOODIN JR. (March 12, 1979 – September 17, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on October 31, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
