(L.A.) Juan Arenas Sanchez, 58, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 58-year-old Latino male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s offices identified the man as Juan Arenas Sanchez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Methamphetamine Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on November 5, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
