(L.A.) Victoria Lee, 65, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 65-year-old Black female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Victoria Lee.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Cocaine, Fentanyl, Diazepam, and Ethanol

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on November 26, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, polysubstance overdose.
