Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 67-year-old Black female that occurred at a private residence.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Michelle Green.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Cocaine, Cocaethylene, and Ethanol Toxicity

RIP MICHELLE GREEN (November 1, 1957 – September 1, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, substance overdose.

* In the medical examiner’s parlance, “private residence” indicates it was not the decedent’s own home.

Note that there are multiple decedents named “Michelle Green” in public records.
