The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Traci Rich.

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 2:41 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on July 13, presumably after the results of tox screening came back.
