(L.A.) Cesar Augusto, 23, Died on a Sidewalk

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 23-year-old Latino male that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office identified the young man as Cesar Augusto.

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Effects
