(L.A.) LaniKai Arriaga, 31, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 31-year-old Hispanic individual who passed away at a residence.

The coroner’s office identified the person as Lanikai Arriaga.

Born in Orange County. Mother’s maiden name is Moreno.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Multiple Drug Toxicity

RIP LANI KAI ARRIAGA (May 24, 1994 – August 21, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on October 16, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This was classified by the government an accidental, i.e., unintentional, polydrug overdose.
