(L.A.) Jeremiah Windle, 45, Died at Home

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 45-year-old Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jeremiah Windle.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl, Ketamine, Ethanol Toxicity

RIP JEREMIAH WINDLE (August 3, 1977 – December 28, 2022)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 2:57 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on October 11, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive.
