(L.A.) Rickie Taylor Jr., 27, Died in a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 27-year-old Black male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Rickie Taylor Jr.

Manner of Death: Homicide

Cause of Death: Multiple Gunshot Wounds

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday.

The decedent was fatally shot in the Coolidge Park neighborhood of Long Beach.

Police responded to the intersection of Long Beach Boulevard and Bort Street at around 11:15 p.m.

Sean Richson, 39, was promptly arrested for the crime.
