The coroner’s office identified the woman as Jamie Ferrera. Born in L.A. County.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Multiple Blunt-Force Injuries

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday.

The decedent was hit by a vehicle at around 9:00 p.m. in the area of Atlantic Avenue and 36th Street.

Long Beach PD said the vehicle was going south on Atlantic.

Other outlets have misspelled the decedent’s forename as Jaime.
