Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 26-year-old Latino male that occurred in a vehicle.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Denilson Romario Hernandez Rivera.

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday.

The decedent was of Salvadoran descent. His family is from Ataco in El Salvador.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in early November. This was a case of alcohol poisoning. The decedent drank too much over a short period of time.

Alcohol deaths can be classified as accidents under the assumption that the sots didn’t intend to kill themselves.
