(L.A.) William Herrada, 52, Died on a Sidewalk

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 52-year-old male that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office identified the man as William Herrada.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.

As of October 19, the decedent’s body appears to be still unreleased to a funeral home.
