(L.A.) Kurt Androsky, 70, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 70-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Kurt Androsky.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Methamphetamine

Other Significant Condition: Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

RIP KURT ANDROSKY (October 3, 1954 – July 12, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on September 7, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab. This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.

The decedent was known as a lifelong meth user.
