(L.A.) Chad Williams, 47, Died on a Cruise Ship

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 47-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred on a cruise ship.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Chad Williams.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Multiple Drug Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on September 30, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, polydrug overdose.
