(L.A.) Stephen Rowlett, 58, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 58-year-old Black male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Stephen Rowlett.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Exsanguination

Cause of Death B: Dislodged Dialysis Shunt
