(L.A.) Adam Guthrie, 38, Died While in Rehab

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 38-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at a rehabilitation facility.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Adam Guthrie.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Acute Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Intoxication

Other Significant Conditions: History of Substance Use Disorder, Type 2 Diabetes, Hypertension
