(L.A.) Kylie Pylant, 28, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 28-year-old female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Kylie Pylant and listed her race/ethnicity as Native American.

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Cocaine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in mid-August, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab. This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, substance overdose.

Note that the government investigator had initially given the decedent’s name as Kylie Tylant.

The decedent was popularly known as the adult film actress Kylie Page and as Bonnie Kinz. Her legal name at the time of her death appears to have been Kylie Skye Pylant. She was born in the state of Oklahoma.
