Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 29-year-old Hispanic female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Jastine Vazquez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Anoxic Brain Injury

Cause of Death B: Acute Cocaine Intoxication

RIP JASTINE VAZQUEZ (January 11, 1996 – June 19, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
