Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 42-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Victoria Zaleski.

Born in San Bernardino County. Mother’s maiden name is Wargacki.

RIP VICTORIA ALICE ZALESKI (December 3, 1982 – June 7, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on August 24 presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
