(L.A.) Jorge Baez Lopez, 54, Died at a Business

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 54-year-old Latino male that occurred at a business.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jorge Baez Lopez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Acute Ethanol Toxicity

RIP JORGE BAEZ LOPEZ (1970/1971 – June 23, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on August 26. This was a case of acute alcohol poisoning. The decedent drank too much over a short period of time.

The government investigator had initially given the decedent’s name as Jose Baez Lopez.
