Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 42-year-old Latino male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Pedro Vasquez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Gunshot Wound of Abdomen

RIP PEDRO VASQUEZ (March 16, 1983 – June 15, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD in mid-August. It was not ruled a homicide or a suicide.
