Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 96-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Raymond Stich.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Sequelae of Congestive Heart Failure

Cause of Death B: Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Dementia; Blunt-Force Trauma of Pelvis
