(L.A.) Stephen Dominguez, 32, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 32-year-old Latino male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Stephen Dominguez.

Cause of Death: Effects of Cocaine and Ethanol

RIP STEPHEN AARON DOMINGUEZ (December 1, 1992 – June 9, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in mid-August, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, substance overdose.
