The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Teresa Bausman.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, Lorazepam, and Clonazepam Toxicity

Other Significant Conditions: History of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
