(L.A.) Alexis Gibson, 44, Died at a Hotel

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 44-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred at a hotel.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Alexis Gibson.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Cocaine Effects

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on July 18, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
