Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 30-year-old Latino male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Yahir Gutierrez.

Born in L.A. County. Mother’s maiden name is Lugones.

Manner of Death: Homicide

Cause of Death: Gunshot Wound of Back

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday.

Note that the government investigator officially stated that the decedent was 29 years old.
