(L.A.) Beth Thompson, 60, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 60-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Beth Thompson.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Cocaine

Other Significant Condition: Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

RIP BETH ANN THOMPSON (November 24, 1964 – May 22, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on July 9, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
