Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 58-year-old Black male that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Freeman Irby.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Cocaine, Fentanyl, Phencyclidine Toxicity
