The coroner’s office identified the man as Sirlonnie Decount.

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Other Significant Conditions: History of Hypertension, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, Diabetes Mellitus Type 2, and Chronic Tobacco Use
