The coroner’s office identified the man as Patrick Ramirez of Chino.

Cause of Death: Effects of Methamphetamine

Other Significant Conditions: History of Atrial Fibrillation, Congestive Heart Failure, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, Hypertension
