(L.A.) Anthony Mangiameli, 26, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 26-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Anthony Mangiameli.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Acute Intoxication by the Combined Effects of Fentanyl, Heroin, and Methamphetamine
