(L.A.) Tywone Davis, 43, Died at a Bus Stop

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 43-year-old Black male that occurred at a bus stop.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Tywone Davis.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Acute Intoxication by the Combined Effects of Methamphetamine and Fentanyl

RIP TYWONE DAVIS (January 20, 1982 – May 11, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 10:16 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on June 24, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
