Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 19-year-old Hispanic male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the young man as Isaac Morales, resident of Stockton Pass Road in Walnut, California.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl

Other Significant Conditions: Acute Bronchopneumonia, Human Rhinovirus/Enterovirus Infection, History of Asthma
