(L.A.) Braun Levi, 18, Died in a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of an 18-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the young man as Braun Levi.

Cause of Death: Traumatic Injuries

RIP BRAUN LEVI (August 9, 2006 – May 4, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 1:12 a.m.

The decedent was hit by a vehicle while crossing the street with his friends at around 12:45 a.m. in Manhattan Beach.

Jenia Belt, 33, was the vehicle’s driver. She was booked on suspicion of DUI and homicide, according to the Manhattan Beach Police Department.
