Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 60-year-old Latino male that occurred in a public restroom.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Frank Hernandez.

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Other Significant Condition: End-Stage Renal Disease
