(L.A.) Theodore Hayse, 43, Died in a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 43-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Theodore Hayse.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Toxicity

RIP THEODORE HAYSE (January 21, 1982 – April 6, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 6:12 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on May 28, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
