(L.A.) Benjamin Johnson, 31, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 31-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Benjamin Johnson.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, and Clonazepam

RIP BENJAMIN JOHNSON (November 5, 1993 – April 12, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 12:06 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on July 9, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
