(L.A.) Jeanette Mulhern, 42, Died From Fentanyl Use

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 42-year-old Caucasian female that occurred at a private residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Jeanette Mulhern.

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 8:47 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published around August 1, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drug.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
