(L.A.) Richard Perez, 55, Died in a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 55-year-old Latino male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Richard Perez of Long Beach.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Multiple Traumatic Injuries

RIP RICHARD PEREZ (June 7, 1969 – March 8, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 6:21 p.m.

The decedent was apparently speeding when he crashed his motorcyle in North Long Beach.

He lost control, fell, and crashed into a parked car in the area of Long Beach Boulevard and 51st Street.

Long Beach Fire Department personnel transported him to a hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
