(L.A.) Luis Camacho Higuera, 67, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 67-year-old Latino male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Luis Camacho Higuera.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Cocaine Effects; Diabetes Mellitus

RIP LUIS CAMACHO HIGUERA (February 16, 1958 – March 19, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 10:00 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on July 1, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
