(L.A.) Mitchell Parrack, 50, Died on a Beach

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 50-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred on a beach.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Mitchell Parrack.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Acetyl Fentanyl

RIP MITCHELL PARRACK (July 22, 1974 – March 18, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 4:05 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in mid-May, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab. This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
