(L.A.) Moises Fuentealba Villavicencio, 38, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 38-year-old Latino male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Moises Fuentealba Villavicencio.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl, Cocaine, Methamphetamine, and Ketamine Toxicity

RIP MOISES FUENTEALBA VILLAVICENCIO (May 16, 1986 – March 12, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 2:41 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on May 27, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
