The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Judith Eaves.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Blunt-Force Head Trauma

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 7:49 a.m.

The government investigator had initially given the decedent’s name as Judith Phelps.
