The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Anne Carrillo.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Blunt-Force Head Trauma

Other Significant Condition: Metastatic Breast Cancer

RIP ANNE CARRILLO (January 3, 1967 – February 21, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 9:20 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on March 10.
