Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 59-year-old Hispanic female that occurred in an alley.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Irene Manriquez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Cocaine Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 2:16 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on May 17, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab. This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
